This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Master Service Agreement between ASM-UW ("Processor") and the Manufacturing Client ("Controller"). It governs the processing of serialized production data originating from the Controller's facilities.
The Processor shall process data strictly for the purpose of providing the "Manufacturing Unit Workflow" service. This includes: (a) ingestion of telemetry from production lines; (b) aggregation of yield metrics; (c) automated distribution of Quality Assurance reports via email.
The Controller acknowledges that the Processor utilizes third-party email infrastructure providers (e.g., Mailgun, SendGrid) to deliver time-sensitive operational alerts. Technical contact data of the Controller's personnel (Name, Email, Shift ID) will be transferred to these Subprocessors solely for the purpose of message transmission.
The Processor implements industry-standard technical measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. Access to the ASM-UW dashboard is restricted via Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
